Per 1 juni as. komt er in ons prachtige pand aan de Dominicanenstraat een werkruimte vrij en daarom zijn we op zoek naar een nieuw betrokken lid (V/X) voor onze Vereniging de Vrouwenschool. Deze werkruimte is bijna 18 m2 en de (voorlopige) contributie bedraagt €210,50 per maand. Dit is inclusief gas, water, licht, internet en dergelijke. In verband met de energieprijzen kan de contributie nog wijzigen en is dit een indicatie.
De ruimte is geschikt voor diverse activiteiten, zoals bijvoorbeeld een kantoorruimte, een therapieruimte of als atelier. De werkruimte bevindt zich aan de voorkant in het souterrain van de Vrouwenschool. Op deze verdieping bevinden zich twee woonruimtes, hier wonen twee vrouwen en éen kind. Verder zijn er nog vijf andere werkruimtes uitlopend van grafisch ontwerper, instrumentenbouwer, muziektherapie en meer. De keuken en toilet worden gedeeld met de hele gang. Vanuit het souterrain wandel je zo onze heerlijke tuin in. De Vrouwenschool is een woon- werkpand (in eigen beheer) en alle leden dragen actief bij aan het onderhoud en de activiteiten die de vereniging draaiende houden.
‘Wij zijn een -feministisch- maatschappelijk betrokken, activistische gang en waarderen het als een nieuw lid daar goed bij aansluit. Daarnaast zoeken wij iemand die veel aanwezig is in de werkruimte en bijdraagt aan de gezelligheid en saamhorigheid op de gang.’
Heb jij (V/X) interesse in deze werkruimte en wil je een actieve en betrokken rol spelen in de vereniging? Stuur dan vóór vrijdag 25 april een mail waarin je uitgebreid vertelt wie je bent, waarom je graag in ons pand zou willen werken en welke werkzaamheden je in de werkruimte gaat uitvoeren. Op basis van deze mail bepalen we wie er uitgenodigd wordt voor de 1e-ronde-gesprekken.
Stuur je introductiemail naar interesse@vrouwenschool.nl en vermeld hierbij in ieder geval:
- wie je bent en je motivatie om lid te worden
- jouw telefoonnummer
- of je het afgelopen half jaar bij ons was voor een eerste gesprek
- voor- en achternaam
- Op welke dagdelen (ochtend, middag, avond) jij beschikbaar bent op 2 t/m 11 mei 2025.

As of June 1st, a workspace will become available in our beautiful building on Dominicanenstraat and that is why we are looking for a new involved member (V/X) for our Association de Vrouwenschool. This workspace is almost 18 m2 and the (provisional) contribution is €210.50 per month. This includes gas, water, electricity, internet and the like. Due to energy prices, the contribution may still change and this is an indication.
The space is suitable for various activities, such as a therapy practice, an office space or as a studio. The workspace is located at the front in the basement of the Vrouwenschool. On this floor there are two living spaces, two women and one child live here. There are also five other workspaces ranging from graphic designer, instrument builder and music therapy. The kitchen and toilet are shared with the entire hallway. From the basement you can walk straight into our lovely garden. The Vrouwenschool is a live-work building (self-managed) and all members actively contribute to the maintenance and activities that keep the association running.
‘We are a feminist, socially involved, activist group and appreciate it when a new member fits in well with that. In addition, we would like someone who is present in the workspace and socially active.’
Are you (V/X) interested in this workspace and do you want to play an active and involved role in the association? Then send an email before Friday 25 April in which you explain in detail who you are, why you would like to work in our building and what activities you will perform in the workspace. Based on this email, we will determine who will be invited for the first round interviews.
